Ingredients

  • 1 lg. bag frzn mixed vegetables
  • 4 beaten Large eggs
  • 8 ounce. shredded cheddar or possibly Jack cheese
  • 1 c. half & half
  • 1 teaspoon each of: basil, oregano, salt, pepper, garlic salt, chopped onion

Directions

  1. Cook vegetables as directed, drain. Add in cheese and all seasonings and toss to mix. Mix half and half and Large eggs. Place vegetables in a 9 x 13 inch pan or possibly two 9 inch pie plates. Pour egg mix over vegetables and bake at 375 degrees for 35 min. Serves: 8 to 10.
