Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. tub-style fat-free cream cheese
  • 4 x nonfat flour tortillas 10-inch diameter
  • 4 x curly leaf lettuce leaves
  • 1 c. alfalfa sprouts
  • 1 c. red cabbage shredded
  • 1/2 c. tomato minced
  • 1/4 c. blue cheese crumbled
  • 2 Tbsp. red onion finely diced

Directions

  1. Spread 1 Tbsp. cream cheese over each tortilla; top each with a lettuce leaf. Divide sprouts and remaining ingredients proportionately among tortillas; roll up. Cut each rolled wrap in half diagonally.
  2. Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 1 wrap).
