Ingredients
4 egg whites
2 c. water
2/3 c. dry lowfat milk (non-fat)
1 1/4 c. flour
1 c. whole wheat flour
4 teaspoon baking pwdr
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tbsp. oil
Directions
Heat waffle iron. Beat Large eggs till fluffy. Add in remaining ingredients. Pour into iron and bake till steaming stops.
