Ingredients

  • 4 egg whites
  • 2 c. water
  • 2/3 c. dry lowfat milk (non-fat)
  • 1 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 c. whole wheat flour
  • 4 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tbsp. oil

Directions

  1. Heat waffle iron. Beat Large eggs till fluffy. Add in remaining ingredients. Pour into iron and bake till steaming stops.
