- Heat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease outside of a 10 oz custard c.. Place inverted c. on shallow baking pan. Place tortilla over c.; brush with oil. Bake for 5-9 min or possibly till crisp and lightly browned. Remove from custard c. and cold.
- In medium microwave safe bowl, combine salsa, cream cheese and Monterey Jack cheese. Microwave on high for 2-4 min or possibly till cheese is melted, stirring twice during cooking. Serve in the tortilla shell with the sliced green onions on top and tortilla chips on the side.
