Ingredients

  • 1 (8") flour tortilla
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1 c. salsa
  • 4 ounce. light cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp. sliced green onions
  • 4 ounce. (1 c.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease outside of a 10 oz custard c.. Place inverted c. on shallow baking pan. Place tortilla over c.; brush with oil. Bake for 5-9 min or possibly till crisp and lightly browned. Remove from custard c. and cold.
  2. In medium microwave safe bowl, combine salsa, cream cheese and Monterey Jack cheese. Microwave on high for 2-4 min or possibly till cheese is melted, stirring twice during cooking. Serve in the tortilla shell with the sliced green onions on top and tortilla chips on the side.
