Crisp Skillet Chicken With Gravy Recipe

Ingredients

6 lbs. chicken parts Seasoned flour 1 c. butter

1 c. water 3 cans Franco-American chicken gravy

Directions

1. Dust chicken with flour. In skillet brown chicken in butter. Add in water. Cover. Cook slow 45 min. Uncover last 10 min to crisp chicken.
2. Remove to platter. Add in gravy. Heat, stirring to loosen browned bits. Serve with chicken. 12 servings.
