%20menu!%20You%20can%20enter%20using%20this%20link.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMaking%20a%20Start%20with%20your%20delicious%20Starter:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThere%20are%20a%20delicious%20array%20of%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Estarter%20options%20to%20choose%20from,%20such%20as%20Smoked%20salmon,%20Parma%20ham%20or%20Crab.%20Once%20you%20have%20selected%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eyour%20main%20ingredient,%20then%20choose%20from%20the%20vegetable%20options%20such%20as%20Asparagus,%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWild%20mushrooms%20or%20olives%20and%20then%20finish%20the%20dish%20with%20a%20choice%20of%20breads%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eincluding%20Baguette,%20rye%20and%20foccacia%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20chose%20%E2%80%93%20Smoked%20Salmon,%20courgette%20and%20foccacia%20bread.%20Once%20that%E2%80%99s%20decided%20you%20have%20to%20describe%20your%20dish%20in%20detail,%20so%20that%20if%20your%20idea%20is%20successful%20the%20chef%20can%20prepare%20it!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMy%20recipe%20idea%20was:%20Creamy%20Smoked%20Salmon%20and%20Courgette%20Rotoli%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ERecipe%20-%20A%20regular%20Courgette,%20sliced%20thinly%20length%20ways%20and%20gently%20griddled%20until%20lightly%20golden,%20then%20a%20spread%20with%20a%20layer%20of%20lemon%20and%20dill%20infused%20ricotta,%20followed%20by%20a%20layer%20of%20smoked%20salmon,%20rolled%20up%20tightly%20and%20served%20filling%20side%20up%20and%20drizzled%20with%20an%20lemon%20infused%20olive%20oil%20and%20served%20with%20small%20chunks%20of%20warm%20foccacia%20on%20the%20side.%20Three%20rotoli%20to%20be%20served%20per%20portion.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOnce%20you%20have%20finally%20decided%20on%20the%20starter%20then%20its%20on%20to%20the%20Main%20Course!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELike%20before%20you%20have%20plates%20to%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eclick%20on%20but%20there%20are%20now%20six%20parts%20to%20it%20%E2%80%93%20Main%20ingredient,%20vegetables%201,2%20and%203,%20bread,%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eand%20rice%20and%20pasta%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMain%20ingredients%20included%20Beef,%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EVenison,%20Vegetarian%20(some%20main%20vegetables%20I.e.%20aubergine),%20Scallops%20and%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eeven%20Lobster!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E.....Of%20course%20I%20had%20to%20choose%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELobster%20%E2%80%93%20a%20very%20rare%20treat%20item%20but%20a%20cruise%20is%20no%20ordinary%20holiday%20and%20when%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eelse%20can%20you%20treat%20yourself%20than%20when%20on%20holiday%20I%20think?%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBy%20choosing%20Lobster,%20you%20then%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eget%20to%20choose%20a%20cooking%20style%20%E2%80%93%20I%20decided%20as%20we%20had%20started%20along%20the%20Italian%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eroute,%20I%20would%20keep%20to%20the%20theme%20and%20chose%20sweet%20potato,%20spinach,%20tomato,%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Erisotto%20and%20ciabatta%20to%20accompany...%20Some%20of%20my%20favourite%20ingredients!%20I%20have%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eonly%20cooked%20lobster%20once%20and%20fortunate%20enough%20to%20eat%20a%20small%20handful%20of%20times%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eout%20but%20I%20really%20enjoyed%20it,%20it%20would%20be%20really%20lovely%20to%20have%20it%20again%20too!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EParmesan%20Crusted%20Lobster%20with%20Baby%20Spinach%20and%20Sweet%20potato%20risotto%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ERecipe%20-%20Lobster%20%E2%80%93%20simply%20cooked%20in%20salted%20boiling%20water%20for%20about%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E15%20minutes%20%E2%80%93%20depending%20on%20its%20size.%20Then%20halved%20through%20the%20body%20length%20ways.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eon%20the%20side.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELast%20but%20not%20least%20%E2%80%93%20Dessert!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EFor%20the%20final%20countdown%20you%20are%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Ethen%20provided%20with%20several%20options%20including%20Brownies,%20torte,%20gateau%20and%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIce-cream.%20Now%20I%20pride%20myself%20on%20my%20brownies%20but%20they%20don%E2%80%99t%20seem%20luxurious%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eenough%20so%20I%20opted%20for%20a%20cheesecake%20%E2%80%93%20my%20second%20love!%20One%20of%20my%20favourite%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Erecipes%20is%20my%20Honey%20and%20Almond%20Cheesecake%20(which%20is%20elsewhere%20on%20the%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eblog)%20so%20of%20course%20had%20to%20go%20with%20that%20option!%20Its%20surprisingly%20light%20as%20I%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Esneak%20in%20low%20fat%20ricotta%20with%20the%20luxurious%20mascarpone%20so%20gentle%20on%20not%20only%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Ethe%20hips%20but%20tummy%20too!%20Essential%20to%20look%20good%20in%20your%20bikini%20on%20board!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAnd%20now%20its%20just%20a%20case%20of%20nervously%20pressing%20the%20submit%20option!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOnce%20submitted%20%E2%80%93%20after%20approval%20your%20menu%20will%20feature%20on%20their%20site%20for%20the%20world%20to%20see%20%E2%80%93%20its%20worth%20checking%20out%20first%20for%20some%20inspiration!%20This%20is%20of%20course%20providing%20you%20see%20it%20prior%20to%20making%20your%20menu..%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20wordy%20bits:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20competition%20closes%20at%2023:59%20on%20the%2012th%20of%20January%202014,%203%20finalists%20will%20then%20be%20selected%20and%20will%20be%20given%20the%20opportunity%20to%20try%20their%20dishes%20onboard%20a%20cruise%20to%20the%20Canary%20Islands%20in%20March%202014.%
