Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. Walnut halves
  • 1 c. Lowfat sour cream (regular, light or possibly no-fat)
  • 1 can (20z) pineapple chunks in in juice, liquid removed
  • 2 stalk (1 c.) celery, chop
  • 1 med Banana, sliced
  • 1 med Papaya, peeled, pitted, cubed
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice Minced walnuts, if you like

Directions

  1. In large bowl gently toss together all ingredients except chop walnuts.
  2. Sprinkle with minced. Serve immediately.
  3. Yield: 6 servings.
