Ingredients
1/2 c. Walnut halves
1 c. Lowfat sour cream (regular, light or possibly no-fat)
1 can (20z) pineapple chunks in in juice, liquid removed
2 stalk (1 c.) celery, chop
1 med Banana, sliced
1 med Papaya, peeled, pitted, cubed
1 Tbsp. Sugar
1 Tbsp. Lemon juice Minced walnuts, if you like
Directions
In large bowl gently toss together all ingredients except chop walnuts.
Sprinkle with minced. Serve immediately.
Yield: 6 servings.
