Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • Salt
  • 1 can tuna, liquid removed
  • 1 c. peas, liquid removed
  • 3 boiled Large eggs

Directions

  1. Heat butter. Add in flour and blend till smooth. Add in lowfat milk. Add in tuna and peas. Dice Large eggs. Cook till white sauce is thick. Serve over toast.
