Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 T butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

  1. Mix flour, sugar, salt and add in egg and lowfat milk. Cook till thick, stirring constantly. Add in butter and vanilla. Cut cooled cream puffs open and spoon in filling.
