Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. hot water (110 degrees)
  • 1 c. cottage cheese room temperature
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 x egg
  • 3 c. all-purpose flour
  • 2 Tbsp. white sugar
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 3/4 tsp yeast

Directions

  1. Add in the ingredients to the pan of your bread machine in the order suggested by the manufacturer, and Start. You can use more bread flour if the dough seems too sticky.
  2. This recipe yields a 1 1/2 lb. loaf.
  3. Yield: 1 loaf
