CornedBeef Veggies

Ingredients

  • 1 Can corned beef
  • 1 Large Cabbaged chopped
  • 1 Onion
  • salt/pepper to taste
  • shoyu to taste
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1/4 cup water

Directions

  1. Heat oil in medium sized pot, add onions and cook until opaque.
  2. Add corned beef and cover with cabbage and water.
  3. Cook covered for 15 minutes stirring occassonally ensuring that there is enough liquid to create steam but not too much water.
  4. When cabbage is nice and tender, add salt/pepper, and serve!
