  • 1 can Whole-kernel Corn(16 1/2 ounce), liquid removed
  • 1 can Cream-style Corn(16 1/2 ounce)
  • 1 box Jiffy Cornbread Mix
  • 2 x Large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 stk Butter, melted
  • 1 c. Lowfat sour cream

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together, adding lowfat sour cream last. Pour into a greased casserole and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
