Coney Island Hot Dog Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 lb grnd chuck
  • 1/2 tsp chopped garlic
  • 3 tsp chili pwdr
  • 3 tsp cumin pwdr
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 4 c. water
  • 8 x beef bouillon cubes or possibly equivalent

Directions

  1. Brown beef and garlic together, drain and transfer to crockpot. Add in the rest of the ingredients. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hrs.
  2. Tops about 18 warm dogs.
