1 cup Via Brand Brewed Iced Coffee (you can use your own iced coffee and add your own sugar to taste) ½ frozen banana ½ scoop Designer Whey French Vanilla Protein Powder ⅛ cup half and half ¼ cup milk (25) 4 to 6 ice cubes

Combine all the ingredients in a high-powered blender and pulse until smooth. 3.2.2708

This can definitely pack a wallop.
