Ingredients

  • 1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
  • 1 x (15 oz) can cream of coconut
  • 1 x (14 oz) can Eagle Brand condensed lowfat milk
  • 1 x ( 7 oz) can Angel Flake coconut
  • 1 x (12 oz) bowl Cold Whip

Directions

  1. Follow directions on package to make cake and bake in a 13x9 inch pan.
  2. Poke holes in cake as soon as it comes from the oven.
  3. Mix condensed lowfat milk, cream of coconut, and 1/2 can of coconut.
  4. Pour over warm cake.
  5. Cold completely.
  6. Spread Cold Whip over the cool cake and sprinkle with remaining coconut.
  7. Serve from pan.
  8. This cake is so easy to make and sooo rich, moist and delicious.
