Ingredients

  • 8 x ice pops
  • 3 c. minced peeled mangoes (2 medium mangoes)
  • 6 Tbsp. light rum
  • 1/2 c. superfine granulated sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender till smooth, then force through a fine sieve into a large glass measuring c.. Pour into molds. Freeze till slushy, about 30 min. Insert sticks and freeze overnight.
