Ingredients

  • 1 pkt creamette mostaccioli, ziti, or possibly rotini uncooked, (1 lb)
  • 1 lb bulk Italian sausage or possibly lean grnd beef, cooked and liquid removed
  • 2 can classico di sicilia, (ripe olives and mushrooms) or possibly di napoli, (tomato and basil) pasta sauce, (26 ounce)
  • 4 c. shredded mozzarella cheese minced parsley

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Prepare pasta as package directs. In large bowl, combine pasta, sausage, pasta sauce and 2 c. cheese. Mix well. Turn into greased 13x9" baking dish; cover. Bake 45 min or possibly till warm and bubbly.
  2. Uncover; top with remaining 2 c. cheese and parsley. Bake 10 min longer or possibly till cheese melts. Chill leftovers.
