Ingredients

  • 1 Young Thai Coconut, water and meat (you can use a nut milk base if you prefer)
  • 5-6 large kale leaves (or equivalent your fav greens)
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 3 Tablespoons **cacao powder
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons hemp seed
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons chia seed
  • 2 Medjool dates, pitted and chopped
  • 2 drops *Medicine Flower Dark Chocolate Extract
  • 2 drops Medicine Flower Peanut Extract
  • Water as needed
