Ingredients

  • Chocolate Fudge Pound Cake – adapted from Betterrecipes
  • 3 cups Flour
  • 2¾ cup Sugar
  • ¼ cup Cocoa ( I used Hershey’s Special Dark Cocoa)
  • ¼ tsp Baking Powder
  • ⅛ tsp Salt
  • 5 Large Eggs, at room temperature
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 sticks Butter
  • ½ cup Canola Oil
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • Glaze
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 TBS Hershey’s Special Dark Cocoa
  • *Milk
