Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 8 T butter
  • 4 ounce semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

  1. Grease or possibly line muffin tins. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Heat together butter and chocolate. Then let cool.Put together flour, sugar and large eggs. Stir briskly till mixed. Blend in chocolate mix and vanilla. Spoon batter into prepared pans filling half full. Bake for 20 min or possibly till straw inserted in middle comes out clean. Remove from oven and turn onto rack to cool. Dust with confectioners' sugar.
