Ingredients

  • 5 lb (full box) White Cake Mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 1/4 cup corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup slivered almonds
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 cups butterscotch chips

Directions

  1. Place cake mix, eggs, butter and corn syrup in mixing bowl.
  2. Using paddle, mix on low speed 1-2 min. or until blended. DO NOT OVER MIX. Press dough into prepared 24 x 16 x 1- inch sheet pan.
  3. Drizzle sweetened condensed milk over dough. Sprinkle coconut, almonds and chips over the top. Press firmly into dough.
  4. For standard oven bake at 350 for 25 - 30 min. For convection oven bake at 300 for 20 - 25 min. Drizzle with Melted chocolate, if desired. Cool completely before cutting.
