.%20We%20are%20so%20thankful%20to%20the%20churches%20and%20church%20institutions%20God%20has%20used%20to%20influence%20my%20daughters.%20My%20proud%20partner%20in%20parenting%20our%20daughters%20says%20it%20well%20in%20his%20blog.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThis%20is%20one%20of%20%20Dana's%20favorite%20&%20most%20requested%20meals.%20The%20%20recipe%20for%20Chinese%20Pepper%20Steak%20was%20found%20by%20my%20Mom,%20when%20she%20got%20her%20Wok.%20I%20think%20the%20recipe%20came%20in%20the%20Farberware%20Wok%20manual%20or%20they%20supplied%20a%20recipe%20book.%20It's%20been%20one%20of%20my%20favorites%20as%20a%20teenager,%20I've%20shared%20it%20in%20%20our%20church%20cookbook%20(%22Ladies%20of%20the%20Church%22%20by%20Redeemer%20Lutheran%20Church%20LWML%201988%20Cookbook)%20when%20we%20lived%20in%20Camden%20,%20Arkansas,%20where%20our%20Laura%20was%20born%20!%20Now%20the%20love%20continues%20through%20my%20daughter%20Dana.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMind%20you,%20if%20you%20don't%20like%20Green%20Pepper,%20you%20probably%20won't%20care%20for%20this.%20For%20those%20of%20you%20that%20love%20Green%20Peppers%20and%20Beef,%20you'll%20LOVE%20this%20!!!%20so%20give%20it%20a%20try%20!%20There's%20something%20about%20the%20savoryness%20in%20the%20sauce,%20it%20must%20be%20the%20soy%20sauce%20but%20then%20again%20it%20might%20be%20the%20Sherry%20you%20put%20in%20it%20too%20!%20Serve%20with%20steamed%20rice%20and%20a%20green%20salad%20with%20Ginger%20Dressing.%20Pineapple%20goes%20great%20with%20it%20too%20!%20Pure%20deliciousness%20!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EGraduation%20is%20such%20%20a%20great%20%20time%20to%20celebrate%20with%20family,%20and%20coming%20all%20the%20way%20from%20Florida%20&%20Missouri%20!%20Dana%20is%20blessed%20to%20have%20both%20Grandparents%20who%20attended%20her%20graduation.%20Her%20sister,%20Laura%20joined%20us%20in%20the%20celebrating%20too%20!%20Yes%20!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20was%20in%20pure%20heaven%20to%20have%20both%20of%20my%20girls%20home%20!%20I've%20been%20so%20caught%20up%20in%20graduation%20mode,%20that%20I%20forgot%20to%20take%20step%20by%20step%20pictures,%20so%20forgive%20me%20on%20the%20pictures.%20So%20Thankful%20that%20our%20God%20forgives%20us%20and%20that%20we%20are%20saved%20by%20GRACE%20!%20And%20when%20we%20get%20to%20Heaven,%20sitting%20down%20at%20our%20Lord's%20Heavenly%20table,%20it's%20going%20to%20be%20%22THE%20BEST%20MEAL%20EVER%20!%22%20Thank%20You%20Lord%20!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20did%20manage%20to%20take%20a%20picture%20thou%20!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EChinese%20Pepper%20Steak%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIngredients:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESoak%20ginger%20root%20in%20cold%20water%20for%20few%20minutes%20to%20make%20it%20easier%20to%20remove%20outer%20skin.%20Divide%20ingredients%20in%20half%20and%20process%20each%20half%20in%20food%20processor%20with%20steel%20blade%20until%20smooth.%20Combine%20both%20halves.%20Refrigerate.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E%E2%99%A5%20We%20make%20this%20ahead%20of%20time,and%20share%20it%20with%20my%20parents.%20This%20make%20a%20HUGE%20amount.Probably%20can%20cut%20in%20half,%20but%20we%20always%20use%20it%20up%20!%20One%20of%20our%20favorites%20and%20great%20to%20always%20share%20!%20:)%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
