Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 7 x garlic cloves
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped rosemary
  • 2 c. crushed tomatoes
  • 2 c. low-fat & low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 c. cooked chickpeas
  • 1 c. cooked elbow macaroni fresh grnd pepper and salt to taste

Directions

  1. Preparation Time: 15 min 6 Servings/
  2. Serving Size: 1 c.
  3. Heat the oil in a large stockpot over medium heat. Add in the garlic and saute/fry for 3 min. Add in the rosemary and saute/fry for 2 min. Add in the crushed tomatoes and simmer for 15 min. Add in the broth and beans and simmer for 10 Soup min. Add in the macaroni and simmer for 5 min.
  4. Season with pepper and salt.
