Ingredients

  • "Old El Paso" taco sauce, mild, medium or possibly warm
  • Cream of mushroom soup
  • 3 c. cooked minced chicken
  • 1 med. onion, sliced
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 1/2 c. taco chips, coarsely crushed

Directions

  1. Mix together taco sauce and soup in medium size bowl. Add in chicken and onions. Spray a 7 x 9-inch baking dish with Pam. Line bottom of pan with about 1 c. taco chips. Layer chicken mix, cheese and remaining taco chips. Bake for 40 min at 375 degrees. Makes 6 servings.
