Chicken Stuffing Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (or possibly mushroom)
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 (7 ounce.) herb seasoned stuffing mix
  • 2 c. cubed cooked chicken (may use canned)
  • 2 c. cooked broccoli flowerets
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese

Directions

  1. May add in celery (2 stalks finely minced)
  2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Meanwhile, in large bowl, stir soup till smooth. Gradually stir in lowfat milk. Add in stuffing mix, chicken, broccoli, celery and 1 c. cheese. Spread into greased 8x12-inch baking dish. Bake approximately 20 min. Top with remaining cheese and bake till cheese melts.
