Ingredients

  • 1 (3 lb.) fryer, cut in pcs
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 2 fresh peeled tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 c. white wine
  • 1 (4 ounce.) can mushrooms

Directions

  1. Coat chicken in oil and fry. Add in garlic and onions, seasonings and wine. Cover and cook slowly till chicken is done. The last 5 min add in tomatoes and mushrooms. Serves 4-6.
