Ingredients

  • 4 x Potatoes,Boiled,Peeled Before Boiling
  • 15 ounce Evaporated Lowfat milk,Skim
  • 1 can Cream Of Chicken Soup
  • 14 c. Onions,Raw,Minced
  • 1 c. Cheddar Cheese,Shredded

Directions

  1. Boil peeled and cubed potates till tender. Drain. Add in evaporated lowfat milk, soup and onion and cook till onions are tender. Add in cheese and cook over low heat till melted.
