Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. Yellow raisins
  • 1 Tbsp. Cognac
  • 1 c. Cream cheese (or possibly cottage)
  • 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1 x Egg yolk
  • 1 tsp Melted butter
  • 1 Tbsp. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp Grated lemon rind
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla

Directions

  1. Servings: 1
  2. Mix raisins with cognac. Cream together cheese, sugar, and flour. Stir in egg yolk, then melted butter, lowfat sour cream, lemon rind, and vanilla. Add in cognac-soaked raisins.
