Ingredients

  • 6 ounce sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 6 ounce mild Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 c. minced cooked ham
  • 3 large eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. skim lowfat milk
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 shakes Tabasco sauce
  • 6 slices bread without the crust

Directions

  1. Line a casserole with the bread slices. Put together all remaining ingredients and pour over bread slices. Chill at least 12 hrs. Place in a cold oven and heat to 325 degrees and cook for 45 min Serves 8 to 10 people.
