The title is really Dark Chocolate Mousse and even though I used 3.1 oz

of my best quality Valrhona bittersweet dark chocolate it looked like milk chocolate mousse.

The color doesn’t matter because once this dessert touches your lips, your eyes will close, your lips will wrap around the spoon, and as this velvety mix dissolves effortlessly on your tongue, you’ll already be dreaming of the next bite. You need to sit down while enjoying this guiltless…
