Ingredients

  • 4 x Pears, scrubbed
  • 3/4 c. Brown sugar
  • 3/4 c. Water
  • 2 c. Vanilla frzn yogurt

Directions

  1. Prep: 5 minutes, Cook: 25 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 400 F. Stand pears upright in a baking dish and set aside.
  3. Combine sugar and water in heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat.
  4. Reduce to low and boil syrup 5 min. Pour syrup over pears and bake 20-25 min, basting occasionally with cooking liquid. Serve with frzn yogurt.
