Ingredients

3/4 cup all purpose flour
2 tbsp good quality cocoa
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter
5 squares (oz) unsweetened chocolate or high cocoa content chocolate (over 70% cocoa)
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup light brown sugar
3 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips (optional)
For the top layer
1/2 pound bah miniature marshmallows
6 ounces Kraft Caramel candy (or similar soft caramels)
2 tbsp milk
