What’s your country’s cuisine in a nutshell?

We have a real Rainbow cuisine because of our eventful history! Obviously, there is the indigenous African cuisine which tends to be rib-sticking wholesome food using local ingredients like wild spinach (marogo) and maize meal. Then there is the influence of the Dutch settlers who brought their cuisine with them in the 1600s.
