Ingredients

  • 4 x boneless chicken breast halves
  • 4 x thin slices prosciutto
  • 4 slc mozzarella cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 can Campbell's Cream of Chicken Dijon Soup
  • 3/4 c. orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp. minced fresh sage or possibly 1 teaspoon dry rubbed sage
  • 1/2 c. liquid removed Mandarin orange segments

Directions

  1. CUT lengthwise pocket in each chicken breast. Stuff each with 1 slice prosciutto and 1 slice cheese.
  2. HEAT oil in skillet. Add in chicken and cook till browned.
  3. Add in soup, orange juice and sage. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat for 5 minutes. or possibly till done.
  4. Add in Mandarin orange segments. Heat through.
