  • 2 pounds raw green peanuts, in the shell
  • 1/2 cup kosher salt
  • 3 ounces sachet Zatarain’s Crawfish, Shrimp & Crab Boil, in bag
  • 4 ounces mild Louisiana Hot Pepper Sauce (such as Frank’s or Crystal)
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons granulated garlic-powder">garlic or garlic-powder">garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun Spice
