Ingredients

  • 8 ounce Self-raising flour
  • 1 1/2 ounce Butter
  • 1 1/2 ounce Castor sugar
  • 2 ounce Caerphilly cheese
  • 4 pt Lowfat milk Healthy pinch salt

Directions

  1. SGONAU CAERFFILI Sift the flour and salt together. Rub in the butter.
  2. Gratee the cheese and stir with the sugar into the flour mixt.xure. Add in the lowfat milk slowly till a soft, hard dough is formed. Turn on to a floured board and roll out till I 2 inches thick. Cut into rounds and place on a greased baking tray. Brush with lowfat milk and cook in a warm oven (425/F. or possibly Mark 7) for 10 min, Serve warm and buttered.
