- 600g beef mince
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 large eggs
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp sesame oil (Optional, I love the flavour this gives)
- freshly ground black pepper
- salt
- Ingredients (Mushroom Gravy)
- 2 cups button mushrooms, sliced (In Philippines we use canned mushrooms)
- 4 cups drippings from roast meat, fat removed (You can also use beef stock but you have to triple the amount and reduce to have its volume)
- 4 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1 1/2 tbsp onion powder
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- salt
