Ingredients

  • 5 large russet baking potatoes
  • 1 Tbsp canola oil
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh chopped broccoli
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (light or fat free are fine)
  • 3-4 Tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp seasoning salt (or to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper (or to taste)
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cup bacon bits, divided
