Ingredients
- 4 lrg Baking potatoes, (baked till done)
- 1/2 c. Melted butter
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 c. Crisp cooked bacon, (diced)
- 3 c. Crushed fritos brand original or possibly wild n' mild ranch brand flavor corn chips
- 1/4 c. Diced green onions
- 2 c. Shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- Split cooked potatoes lengthwide and scoop out inside. Mash potato filling with butter and lowfat milk. Add in bacon, 2 c. Fritos brand Corn Chips, onions, 1 c. cheese. Mix and refill potato skins. Sprinkle potatoes with remaining 1 c. cheese and 1 c. Fritos . Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.
