Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. minced onions
- 1 c. minced celery
- 2 (10 1/2 ounce.) cans cream of chicken soup
- 8 ounce. jalapeno cheese
- 2 (3 lb.) fryers, boiled & deboned
- 1 (20 ounce.) pkg. frzn minced broccoli
- 3 1/2 c. cooked rice
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Dash of garlic pwdr
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Paprika
Directions
- Saute/fry onions and celery in butter. Add in soup and jalapeno cheese. Mix well. Add in remaining ingredients. Pour into a large casserole and top with shredded cheese and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 min.
