Broccoli Cauliflower Casserole With
Stuffing

Ingredients

  • 1 lg. onion, minced, saute/fry in 1 stick butter
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can mushrooms, liquid removed
  • 8 ounce. cheez whiz
  • 1/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 lg. bag broccoli
  • 1 lg. bag cauliflower
  • 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm seasoned stuffing mix

Directions

  1. Saute/fry onion in butter till tender. Add in soup, cheez whiz, lowfat milk and 1 can of mushrooms. Stir on low heat till melted. Cook broccoli and cauliflower till tender, drain. Put cauliflower and broccoli in (13 x 9 x 2 casserole dish). Pour over above sauce. Mix well. Sprinkle top with stuffing mix (prepared according to directions on package). Bake 20 min at 350 degrees. There are never any leftovers.
