Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. minced spinach
  • 1 pkg. minced broccoli
  • 8 Large eggs, beaten with fork
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 c. to 1 1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp. baking pwdr

Directions

  1. Cook spinach and broccoli together. Drain. Mix together Large eggs, oil, cheese, bread crumbs, and baking pwdr. Add in spinach and broccoli. Should be cake consistency. If too watery, add in more bread crumbs. Pour into 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
