Brigitte's Shrimp Or Tuna Mousse

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. Mayonnaisse
  • 1/2 c. Water
  • 1 can Tomato soup
  • 1 pkt 8 ounce cream cheese
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 lb Shrimp or possibly 2 sm cns tuna
  • 1/4 c. Peppers, finely minced
  • 1/2 c. Celery, finely minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Onion, grated
  • 1 tsp Worchestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 pkt Unflavored gelatin in Water as directed

Directions

  1. Soak gelatin in water. Heat undiluted sop; add in gelatin and stir well till dissolved. Mash cream cheese; add in to soup and continue to heat till cheese is dissolved. Cold. Mix in mayonaisse, shrimp or possibly tuna, and vegetables and seasonings. Mix well and put into a well-oiled mold. Enjoy!
