Ingredients

  • 10 slices white bread
  • 1 pound grated Cheddar cheese
  • 4 c. lowfat milk
  • 6 Large eggs, beaten
  • 2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 pound bacon

Directions

  1. Decrust bread and cube. Pile into well greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle cheese over torn bread. Mix lowfat milk, Large eggs, dry mustard and salt together. Pour mix over top of bread crumbs. Fry and drain bacon. Crumble and put on top of bread mix in pan. Cover and chill overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min or possibly till brown. Let mix set before cutting.
