Ingredients

  • 1 c. Water
  • 1 lrg Egg
  • 3 Tbsp. Butter/margarine/oil
  • 1/2 c. Diced onion
  • 3 tsp Brown/white sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/3 tsp Black pepper - coarse
  • 1 1/2 tsp Dry sage, (10 1/4 ounce.)
  • 1 1/2 tsp Celery seeds
  • 1 1/2 tsp Poultry seasoning
  • 3 1/2 c. Bread flour*
  • 1 1/2 tsp Yeast

Directions

  1. Can substitute 2 1/2 c bread flour and 2/3 c Cornmeal.
  2. Load machine in order given. Use regular bread cycle.
