Ingredients
1 c. Water
1 lrg Egg
3 Tbsp. Butter/margarine/oil
1/2 c. Diced onion
3 tsp Brown/white sugar
1 tsp Salt
1/3 tsp Black pepper - coarse
1 1/2 tsp Dry sage, (10 1/4 ounce.)
1 1/2 tsp Celery seeds
1 1/2 tsp Poultry seasoning
3 1/2 c. Bread flour*
1 1/2 tsp Yeast
Directions
Can substitute 2 1/2 c bread flour and 2/3 c Cornmeal.
Load machine in order given. Use regular bread cycle.
