Ingredients
1/3 c. finely minced onion
1/2 teaspoon firmly chopped garlic
2 T extra virgin olive oil
1/2 c. bread crumbs
Directions
Saute onion and garlic in oil for 3 min. Stir in bread crumbs. Saute 2 min longer. Serve on cooked vegetables. Yield: 1 cup.
