Ingredients

  • 1/3 c. finely minced onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon firmly chopped garlic
  • 2 T extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs

Directions

  1. Saute onion and garlic in oil for 3 min. Stir in bread crumbs. Saute 2 min longer. Serve on cooked vegetables. Yield: 1 cup.
