.%20If%20you%20need%20something%20to%20fix%20that%20is%20easy%20and%20healthy%20these%20are%20for%20you.%20Beans%20are%20packed%20with%20protein%20and%20fiber!!!%20YOu%20can%20use%20any%20kind%20of%20your%20favorite%20beans.%20Our%20Favorite%20are%20Anazazi%20beans%20that%20we%20get%20from%20Dove%20Creek%20Colorado%20but%20I%20know%20most%20of%20you%20can't%20get%20those%20so%20you%20can%20use%20pinto,%20black,%20or%20whatever.%20We%20have%20tried%20it%20with%20all%20kinds%20of%20beans.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBowl%20O'%20Beans%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E2-3%20cups%20dry%20beans-pinto,%20black,%20small%20red,Etc.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E1-2%20jalapenos%20chopped%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ERinse%20the%20beans%20and%20place%20in%20a%20crockpot.%20Add%20the%20jalapenos,%20onion,%20tomatoes,%20garlic%20and%20water.%20Put%20crockpot%20on%20high%20and%20cook%20for%204-6%20hours%20until%20the%20beans%20reach%20your%20desired%20tenderness.%20Add%20enough%20salt%20to%20taste.%20Do%20not%20put%20in%20the%20salt%20before%20you%20cook%20the%20beans%20or%20it%20will%20take%20your%20beans%20longer%20to%20cook.%20Pour%20a%20big%20ladle%20full%20of%20beans%20with%20the%20juice%20in%20a%20bowl%20and%20add%20any%20toppings%20you%20like%20and%20enjoy.%20We%20usually%20serve%20these%20with%20homemade%20bread%20as%20well.%20So%20yummy!!%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
