Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of beef bones (soup bones ~ ask your butcher to cut them in 2-inch lengths)
  • 3-5 cloves of garlic, peeled
  • 5 tablespoons ghee or organic butter, softened (room temperature)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped oregano
  • 1 tablespoon chopped rosemary
  • sea salt and ground pepper, to taste
