Ingredients

  • 1 lg. ripe avocado
  • 1 lg. carton lowfat sour cream
  • 1 env. French onion soup mix
  • 2 lg. cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. curry pwdr
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Directions

  1. Pit and peel avocado. Cut in cubes. Put all ingredients in blender and blend on high speed till smooth. Pour in glass jar and chill. Serve over lettuce and tomato salad. Yield: 2 c. dressing.
