Ingredients
1/2 lb English Stilton blue cheese
1/2 lb domestic Maytag blue cheese
1/2 lb Italian gorgonzola blue cheese
1/2 lb French roquefort blue cheese
1/2 lb Danish blue cheese
1 loaf French bread sliced 1/4" thick and toasted
1 bn seedless white grapes
8 ounce walnuts
Directions
Divide the cheeses between 8 serving plates. Garnish with the grapes and walnuts. Serve with the croutons.
