Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb English Stilton blue cheese
  • 1/2 lb domestic Maytag blue cheese
  • 1/2 lb Italian gorgonzola blue cheese
  • 1/2 lb French roquefort blue cheese
  • 1/2 lb Danish blue cheese
  • 1 loaf French bread sliced 1/4" thick and toasted
  • 1 bn seedless white grapes
  • 8 ounce walnuts

Directions

  1. Divide the cheeses between 8 serving plates. Garnish with the grapes and walnuts. Serve with the croutons.
